MAXXPLACE offers 12 lovely decorated rooms in 3 categories. As all our rooms (especially Type B and C) are similarly equipped, room Type A is larger and has  additional equipment: Kitchen cabinet, Microwave oven, big fridge, working desk and additional cupboards.

However, all our rooms are fully furnished and equipped with the following amities:

1. Room Rates are payable in advance (up to 3 month) at booking
2. Monthly rates do not include water (30,-/Unit), electricity (7,-/Unit), bed sets and maid service (e.g. 2-times/week cleaning incl. bedset and laundry is Bt. 1.200,-/month
